This steering wheel is in need of restoration but appears complete with no missing parts. This steering wheel measures 17 in overall diameter. The steering rod/shaft was cut-off short, as seen in the 8th picture. The final 2 pictures show widespread cracks and breaks. This will clean up nicely to prep for restoration and installation.
